Check before you buy

You can try the live preview without an account and download two complete free sample PDFs, one candle and one piece of jewelry, to check the layout and the German, French, Spanish and Italian text.

14-day refund

Within 14 days of purchase, you can email support@getgpsr.com for a full refund if either of these applies:

1. A technical fault, such as a PDF that will not generate or a broken layout, and our support could not fix it.

2. You have not yet exported labels for production use.

How to ask

Email support@getgpsr.com with your order email or unlock code and a short note about the problem. Refunds are handled by Aurain, the operator of GetGPSR. A refund cancels the unlock code. This policy does not reduce any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
