What GetGPSR is

GetGPSR is operated by an independent developer under the name Aurain ("Aurain", "we", "us"). It is a document layout and multi-language reference text tool for e-commerce sellers. It turns the details you enter into labels, insert cards, listing text, a checklist and a record template.

GetGPSR is not legal advice. We do not provide EU Responsible Person services or lend an EU address. We do not replace laboratory testing, a statutory conformity assessment or professional advice, and we do not certify any product.

Your responsibilities

You are fully responsible for the safety of your products and for everything you print or publish. Check that all text, warnings and translations match your actual product before you use them. Some products fall under further rules that this tool does not cover.

Do not enter details you are not entitled to use, such as a company or address that has not agreed to act for you.

Licence and price

The full pack is a $19 USD one-time purchase with no subscription. It gives one seller shop the right to generate and reprint documents for an unlimited number of its own products, on up to 3 active devices. You may not resell the tool, share an unlock code outside your shop, or use automated means to extract the warning library.

Prices may change for future purchases. A change does not affect a licence you have already bought.

Service availability

The tool is provided as is and as available. We may change or improve it, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Regulations and marketplace rules change, and the text may not reflect the latest changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetGPSR and its operator are not liable for any platform removal, customs detention, indirect or consequential loss, or compliance dispute arising from the use of, or inability to use, this tool.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of GetGPSR and its operator under any circumstances will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the software, which is at most $19 USD.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at /refund.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

If a dispute arises, email support@getgpsr.com first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If that does not resolve it, the dispute goes to a court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence in the People's Republic of China.

This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection, or any right to bring a claim, that you have under the law of the country where you live.
